Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt, divided
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, divided
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 6 fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:

  1. Add 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt into each glass. Top with 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the sliced strawberries and bananas into each glass.
  3. Top fruit with 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt into each glass.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of granola into each glass.
  5. Top with an additional scoop of yogurt and slices of strawberries and bananas, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ oatmeal cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 blackberry pie yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, place cookie mix. With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and coarse. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  • In small bowl, stir together sugar and cornstarch. Gently stir in yogurt. Spoon yogurt mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle blackberries evenly over yogurt. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
  • Bake 43 to 47 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

Frozen Pumpkin Yogurt Cookie Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 Fiber One™ double chocolate soft-baked cookie
  • 1/4 cup fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt, slightly softened
  • 1 tbsp. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 tsp. light chocolate-flavored syrup
  • 1 tsp. chopped pecans
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Place the empty cookie cutter on a plate. Blend yogurt, pumpkin and spice and spoon the mixture into the ghost and freeze for 30 minutes. Place the yogurt ghost on a plate and top with the cookie, chocolate syrup and nuts.
